how & when will my items ship?

a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and the shipment prepared for delivery. please note, if you order friday to sunday your order will be processed the next available business day.



do you accept international orders?

 

we sure do. we ship worldwide. however we can't control the shipping prices.



how will my order be shipped?

 

our shipping partner DHL is committed to providing top-quality service for your package. We’ll email you the tracking information when it ships.



do you charge taxes on your products?

we only charge taxes to our canadian customers, as it is required by law. If you live overseas you may be asked to pay sales tax by your country's customs officials when your order arrives.



do you do refunds and exchanges?

all orders are final sale and we are unable to accept returns. please message us, if you have an issue with an item.
